- PhD Title: Enhancement of electrochemical capacitors of porous carbon from cross-linked polymers through heteroatoms and cobalt incorporation
- Year of Completion: 2023

PhD Overview
My Ph.D. work is based on synthesizing and characterizing activated carbon from cross-linked polymers and suitable approaches to improve its electrochemical performance. These activated carbons were investigated as electrode material for supercapacitors applications and were synthesised through the hydrothermal method, followed by one -step potassium hydroxide (KOH) activation process using a tubular furnace.
Sustainability Goals
- Affordable and Clean Energy
- Climate Action
- Reduced Inequalities
