- PhD Title: Conservation opportunities for amphibians under land-use change in Madagascar
- Year of Completion: 2025

PhD Overview
Madagascar’s biodiversity is threatened by deforestation driven by agricultural expansion. Protected areas alone are insufficient, as many species now persist in human-dominated landscapes. Agroforestry is promoted as a sustainable alternative, but its conservation value is unclear. My project evaluates how agroforests contribute to biodiversity and identifies optimal management for amphibian conservation.

About Me
I am a conservation biologist from Madagascar interested in research on endangered species and their conservation. My goal is to generate scientific evidence to guide conservation decisions, working across academic and community settings. I believe protecting biodiversity is essential to restore balance between humans and nature in the face of environmental degradation.
