PhD Overview

My research focused on the implementation of a autonomous sanitation system using natural plants to treat wastewater. The main objective was to establish an ecological and economical autonomous sanitation system that meets national and international health standards and to recover solid and liquid waste from households for agricultural purposes.

About Me

As a civil engineer and environmental specialist my main goal is to reduce waterborne diseases by implementing high performing and affordable sanitation systems. As a female scientist I’m proud to participate in STEM training in my country. I have trained hundreds of undergraduate in hydraulics and sanitation, as well as thousands of schoolgirls through the GO4STEAM association.
